Installation & Technical Verification

Are all electrical wires and control cables securely connected as per the installation manual?*

On the thick grey control cable between the steam generator and the control keypad, are any pin connections broken or bent (at either end)?*

Is the water supply valve turned ON?*

Is a water pressure regulator installed on the water input immediately before the steam generator?*

Is the water pressure set between 15–20 PSI?*

Do you have a vapor trap installed in the steam line? (This can be a U-shaped pipe or two 90-degree bends forming a U shape)*

Distance between the steam generator and the shower / steam room (Feet or meters)*
